All our training is conducted strictly in accordance with Sporting CP’s methodology and proven know how.

Practise Drills
Our coaches are in constant contact with Sporting CP Technical Directors, providing feedback on player progress and sharing video footage of training sessions.

Our focus is to coach our athletes in a structured manner

with emphasis on:

  • Developing techniques and a philosophy to the game that is precise, competitive and current
  • Embracing the personality and character of team mates
  • Developing technical, physical, coordination capacities via a progressive and balanced process
  • Offering a football education that fosters a special passion for the sport
  • Implementing and ensuring a fun and developmental environment with respect for the spirit of the sport and fair play.

Training Schedule
Age Groups and Teams

Any player
(girls and boys)
from age 5 to 18.

Players will be selected based on their playing level into our various teams at a point where this is necessary to compete in competitive league games.
Special trials and evaluations will take place.
Our focus will be to develop strong and adaptable players
Trials will be held from time to time when appropriate.
